    Copper mountain Camp 2025

Contact Alan for information about this camp.
Only athletes with Alan's pre-approval can register.

Skiing Saturday Nov. 1 to Wednesday Nov. 5.

Overnight: Colorado camp overnight option is offered to FIS/U16 and older racers and U14’s can attend as walk on racers. Copper Mt. is popular for national team training as they provide an excellent man-made snow venue for early season training.

Camp Cost for full overnight service is $2000 or $230/day for walk-on. Both include lifts tickets. (Note: Ikon passes are not valid for this camp. Copper Mountain is not yet open to the public.)

Overnight Racers will get food vouchers for Breakfast and Lunch.

Price does not include dinners (there is plenty of food within walking distance, plus all units have kitchens).

Camp includes: Breakfast vouches for the overnight camp, lane fees, lift tickets, and transportation from Denver airport to Copper Mt. and back to airport, and coaching costs. We'll do some grocery store runs for the kids to get food for their condo. Some restaurants may be open for dinner but it will be very limited. (Coaches will be Alan, Uros, Lizzy and more will be added depending on sign ups)

Walk On option: Experienced U14 and older can also attend as walk-on participants. Lodging, transportation and food will be on your own. If some parents of U14's feel ok with it and want to join the overnight group, have the parents contact me and we can arrange appropriate roommates.

Lift Tickets:  This year Sun Peaks is an IKON Resort.  Full IKON Pass holders receive 7 days. We'll need your IKON pass number when registering for the camp. (Get this at https://account.ikonpass.com/myaccount.)  If you are going to train all 7 days with CMAC, don't use your IKON pass if you ski before the 23rd.

If you do not have an IKON pass, you must purchase lift tickets when registering for the camp.

Thanksgiving Camp is a walk-on/day camp. We meet at the race hill daily for free skiing and training. We will send out daily Signal Messages updates to inform everyone the training plan. All parents and racers can team up for travel and lodging as needed. Please download the app.  More info at www.signal.org  Signal has apps for all devices, not just phones.

Lodging: A group block has been created under Crystal Mountain Alpine Club, for the period of November 23-29, 2025, as a “call on own and pay own” group, meaning no guestrooms are being held for you at this time, and all room reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Reserve using this link: Accommodations at Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre to access our website listing Crystal Mountain Alpine Club group rates. Please note that all room rates are for “room only”, before tax.

Coaches will be at the Sun Peaks Grand.
