CMAC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Program tuition covers the costs of running the program (coaches and staff), but larger, long-term investments are funded by giving from our community.
CMAC has two fundraising programs used to further the goals of the club "To be the Northwest’s premier ski racing program, developing athlete skills and character for life." These programs are:
Fund for Excellence
The Fund for Excellence (FFE) is a targeted fundraising vehicle with a specific mission to support all levels of racers within CMAC – from the youngest mighty mite to junior racers about to head off to college. The three areas that the FEE was designed to address are: capital purchases to support our race activities, team building activities to strengthen the CMAC community and financial assistance to promising current and former CMAC racers. Chappelle Lauba Memorial Scholarship Fund
Founded in 2012, this fund embraces the spirit of a positive self-image by fostering healthy mental attitudes and well-being, and aiding in the development of a strong mental approach to life and sport. This year, the fund will donate monies to help pay for Dr. Jim Taylor's Mental Training Program. This program will be implemented in December 2015 and educate our athletes, the entire coaching staff and parents. Donate to this fund using the "Donate" button below:
