New member application - ages 7-11

Due to the very high demand for the CMAC Mighty Mite programs, we've changed to a less stressful process for families new to CMAC.

Starting on October 1, you can make the application for your athlete(s) to participate in the Mighty Mite Prep and Mighty Mite Race programs for the coming season.
These applications are due by October 7th. One application is needed per athlete. Note that potential CMAC Mighty Mite racers must be 7 to 11 years old by December 31.
After October 7th, we'll start admitting as many athletes as we can based on available staffing and other considerations. If your athlete(s) are admitted, we'll contact you by email.

Before you proceed below, please carefully review the Registration Process Overview and Program Descriptions.
If you are going to create applications for multiple athletes, after you sign up the first racer, you must log out and create a new account for the second racer.
Each account needs a unique email address. If you use Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook.com, there is a super useful tip for you here.

* All CMAC programs have a minimum age of 7 (as of December 31).
