    • Dinner buffet menu: Green Salad, Mixed Seasonal Vegetables, Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Chicken Champagne, Roast Prime Rib, Rolls w/butter, Chicken Strips, Tater Tots, Coffee, tea & soda. 

  Ski swap format: this will be similar to the spring banquet format. If you have gear to sell, you are responsible to sell it directly to the buyer. There will also be a table where CMAC will be taking gear donations which we'll sell with all proceeds going to the Fund For Excellence.
