Spring Physical Testing

Our physical testing event is scheduled for June 9th.

The fitness testing will be with Alan, Scott, Matt and staff will conduct testing starting with FIS kids at 10AM, U16 11AM, and U14 at Noon. As we cycle through the kids it should take a couple hours for each group.

Testing location will be West Seattle Stadium, 4432 35th Ave SW, Seattle, 98126.
